we cannot automatically approve some payments on the Internet.
If your order was not automatically processed, you should

orders will be automatically processed.
Common Reasons For Orders Not Being Processed Automatically
- Your bank could not electronically verify
your billing address. This includes all international customers
and American Express card members.
- High dollar purchases.
- You are shipping to a different address
than the billing address on your card.
- You may have entered some incorrect information
when placing your order.
- A number of additional security factors.
If My Order Was Not Automatically Processed, What Do I Do?
- The easiest way is to open an account.
You only have to do it once.
- Try another credit card. Please do not
try more than three times. If other credit cards have the same
response, please open an account to complete your order, or contact
us at the number below.
How Do I Open An Account?
This is the simple, quick and private way to ensure your
orders will be processed now, and in the future. You only
need to do this one time and all your orders will be approved
across the entire CODE Micro, Inc.' cyberstore network.
- Simply print out the Account Application
and fill in the necessary information.
- Make a copy of a recent credit card statement
for the card(s) you wish to use. Feel free to
cover any personal information you do not wish us to see. We must
be able to read your name, card number, and card billing address.
If the statement is not readable in English (Roman letters), please
have it translated and signed.

48 hours of receipt (2 business days) and you will receive a confirmation by email.
How Do I Use My Account?
Using your new account is easy!
Once your application has been processed, just place your order
using your exact name, phone number, and credit card. It will
automatically be approved!
